Wilbraham: Completes Palace move
Former Norwich striker Aaron Wilbraham has joined Crystal Palace after signing a two-year contract.
The striker was a free agent having left the Canaries at the end of last season after 18 months at Carrow Road.
His only goal of last season, against Fulham in March, was the 100th of a career that stretches back to 1998 and includes goals scored in all four tiers of English football.
"Aaron is a player who brings with him experience of playing at the top level and one I am hugely looking forward to working with," said Eagles boss Dougie Freedman.
"I'm confident he will greatly improve the side and will be valuable in helping our younger squad members improve their own game as time goes on."
After starting out with Stockport County, 32-year-old Wilbraham enjoyed a five-and-a-half year spell with MK Dons where he scored 59 times.
He helped the Dons to the Football League Trophy and the League Two title in 2007/08, and after moving to Norwich he helped the Canaries into the Premier League within a few months of joining.
